6. Account Deletion Request

This section is for users of the Roundz mobile application, developed and published by REACHBLIZ, available on Google Play.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Roundz account using any of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

• Open the Roundz application
• Go to Profile → Delete Account
• Confirm your deletion request

Option 2: Email Request

• Send an email to dk@reachblizindia.com with your registered email ID and request account deletion

What Happens After You Request Deletion

• Your account will be permanently deleted within 7 days of your request
• You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is completed

Data Deletion Details

When your account is deleted:

• Your account information will be removed
• Your personal data associated with your account will be deleted

Data Retention Policy

We will retain your information including Personal Information and Usage Information (including geo-location) for as long as your account with the Services is active and as needed to provide you services. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain some of your information including Personal Information and Usage Information (including geo-location, trip history, and transaction history) for a period of 30 days, to resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account, investigate, or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity related to your account, to enforce our agreements, or for other business reasons.

We may retain your personal and usage data (including geo-location, trip history, and transaction history) for up to 30 days after account deletion to:

• Resolve disputes
• Complete pending transactions
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

After this period:

• Your data will be permanently deleted, or
• Anonymized and aggregated for analytical purposes only
